We do not offer mail-in or on-site (pickup) buyback due to frequent issues. In-store buyback only.

No Waiting in Line with AirWAIT
The One Piece Floor at Akihabara Store 1 uses AirWAIT. You don’t need to stand in line.
Check in with staff or at the ticket machine.
The machine prints your place in line. No need to queue up.
We’ll message you when your turn is close. Feel free to look around until then.
Come to the buyback counter once you’re called.
*AirWAIT is only used on the One Piece Floor at Akihabara Store 1.

Bring a photo ID
All customers are required to show ID. A passport is accepted — no Japanese ID needed.
Sort your cards beforehand
Please sort your cards by title before you arrive.
Waiting times may apply
Please allow extra time, especially during busy hours.

由于纠纷较多，我们不提供邮寄回收或上门回收服务，仅提供门店回收。

请在店内向工作人员或使用自助发券机办理登记。
发券机会打印您的排队顺序，无需实际排队等候。
快轮到您时，我们会通过邮件或LINE通知，在此之前您可以自由活动。
收到通知后，请前往回收柜台。

请携带带照片的身份证件
所有顾客均需出示身份证件。持护照即可，无需日本身份证件。
请提前整理卡牌
请在到店前按卡牌名称分类整理好。
繁忙时段可能需要等候
请预留充足的时间前往。
